Q: "How much is 1 card?"
1 Card is £4.99 GBP.Q: "Do you do any discounts?"
Yes I do private sale discounts via gmail as well as large bundle discounts options are available on both Etsy and Ebay.Q: "Will you make ..... prop again?"
I will! I'm always working on the props wether it's printing or painting. If it's not in the shop at the moment I'm 100% working on another batch. I post updates on Discord if you want to keep up with my activities.
 Shipping
Q: "Do you ship to ..... country?"
I ship worldwide and am based within the UK.Q: "Where's my tracking number?"
In the UK I do not used tracked unless it's a large order or an order of a prop/toy. If the order is outwith the UK and there's no tracking I've likely forgot to include it so feel free to ask me for it!Q: "My order is taking a long time to arrive, can I get a new order sent out?"
Delivery times are outwith my control, once I have passed it on to the courier it is their responsibility and I cannot influence anything further. A UK order takes maximum 4 weeks to arrive, outside the UK orders can take up to 8 weeks maximum depending on the time of year and customs so please be patient.If tracking is provided, and it looks like it is not moving I will chase it for you if it's still in the UK system, however once it's left the UK I am unable to. If there has been no delivery at the end of the 4 to 8 weeks as mentioned above, I will recreate and send out your order.
 Refunds
Q: "I've ordered these by mistake/my child has ordered these, can I get a refund?"
If it's just a basic card or prop, yes! As long as it's returned to me and I can verify once it has arrived it is in mint condition, a refund will be processed.Q: "I don't want these anymore, can I return them for a refund?"
UK: If you've just recieved the cards, you can ship them to my return address and once I've confirmed the cards are not tampered with I can issue a refund.
International: If an you have had the delivery confirmed for over a day I cannot accept a return as the cards may have been tampered with, and the return time to confirm the cards and the shipping cost to return them is very high. Only if you reject the delivery so it auto sends back to myself, a refund can be sent out.Q: "I've ordered a custom made card, can I get a refund?"
Unfortunately as this is a custom made card where I have had to edit it myself, it is not resellable if returned so refunds cannot be processed in that case.Q: "Can I order again from you after you or Etsy have processed a refund?"
Most can, yes!
However, if you bypass myself and go straight to Etsy or write a review before I can fix your issue with something, I won't be able to sell to you again, as our buyer seller trust has been broken and I don't want to risk hurting my store. You will have your any future orders cancelled automatically and money returned.
 Wear and Tear
Q: "My son has been playing with these the last few days and they have began to peel and get dirty, can I get a refund or another sent out?"
The cards are not capable of lasting heavy play as they arn't toys but more collectors or cosplay items. Any form of heavy regular play with them will ensure the card starts deteriorating like any other trading card would.
